You will see your total price including shipping and handling charges in United States dollars before you place your order. Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control.     Please allow 4-6 business days for receipt of orders shipped internationally. All international orders are delivered via express service and are fully track-able.

    When will I be billed?

    Your credit card will be billed by Angelina Voloshina once the order ships.

    What is the return policy for international orders?

    You can return any item purchased on our website. Returns of unworn items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Orders placed between November 1 — January 1 are eligible for the 60 Day Holiday Return Policy. You will be credited for the full product value on qualifying returns. We currently offer free returns to U.S. customers only. International orders are subject shipping and handling charges at the expense of the customer.


    Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s).You must include with the shipment both the unworn/unused merchandise and the original merchandise packaging.

    Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling, and be sure to include and clearly identify the original order confirmation number on the package.

    Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.

    Once received at our returns facility in the U.S. We will credit your return, typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.

    You will be credited for the product value of returned items.

    Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

    During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. If there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the correction in a timely fashion. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address due to input error. Additional fees apply for a change of delivery address.

    We will do our best to contact you if your package has been sent and is on hold due to incomplete information. However, If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
